Allulose StoreThe First Message: How Do You Know You Are in Ketosis?
Even without a blood test, there are 3 signs on your CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) that show you which zone you are in:
1. The Post-Meal Peak
If your blood sugar jumps above 7.8 mmol/L one hour after a meal and stays there, that's a sign of the Sugar Zone.
If you stay below 6.5 and drop back below 5.5 within 2 hours, that points towards Alnilam.
2. The Fasting Morning Value
The morning value after waking up is the most honest.
• 6.0+ mmol/L: your body is still in sugar-burning mode • 4.0 - 5.5 mmol/L: this is the ALNILAM ZONE™. The gateway to fat burning and optimal ketosis.
3. Daily Variability
Ketosis means not only low but also stable blood sugar.
If you stay within 1.5 mmol/L all day, that's a good sign. If you fluctuate by 3-4, something is still out of balance.
What is the Stellar Nursery Score™?
These three data points together give the score. Not blood sugar, not ketones – but the bridge between the two.
When all three signs are present: low fasting + low peak + low variability, then our estimate is that this is the range many refer to as the optimal zone. This is not a medical diagnosis, just a compass.
That's why we call it Stellar Nursery. Just as new stars are born in Orion's belt, a new metabolism is born here.
