These Shipping Policies contain the terms and conditions of purchases and delivery through the Your Allulose Store webshop.

By placing your order, you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Shipping and other costs

The ordered products are shipped from China.

Shipping costs, customs costs, and consumption tax are NOT included in the price of the products.

The shipping cost will appear after entering the address and will be added to the product price.

The local shipping company will contact you before delivery to arrange for the payment of shipping and customs costs, as well as consumption tax.

2. Delivery time

We will fulfill orders within 30 days at the latest, unless the product has a different delivery time.

3. Delivery process and delivery

After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation by email, and then we will notify you of the shipment of the package and the expected delivery time.

 Please ensure that you are available at the delivery address provided at the time of delivery, or indicate if the time is not suitable.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package again. If the second delivery is also unsuccessful, a new delivery can only be made with the repeated payment of the delivery fee.

4. Receiving and checking the package

Upon receipt, please inspect the package in the presence of the courier.

In the event of damage or shortage, request a report from the courier and do not accept the package. We cannot accept subsequent complaints without a report.

The package contains the invoice, information on the right of withdrawal and the guarantee letter, if relevant.

5. Payment terms

Payment is possible by credit card, advance payment or cash on delivery, depending on the payment method chosen.

 6. Other provisions

We reserve the right to amend the delivery policy.

In the event of incorrect or incomplete product data or prices, we will immediately notify you of the correction and further steps to be taken, who can then decide to maintain or cancel the order.

In the event of legal disputes, the parties will primarily try to resolve them amicably. If this does not lead to a result, we will proceed in accordance with the applicable laws.
