Stellar Nursery Score™
Allulose StoreWhat is the Stellar Nursery Score?
In short: a message from above.
Orion
The constellation Orion is located on the Celestial Equator, which means it is perfectly visible from almost anywhere on Earth – both the northern and southern hemispheres.
As it lies directly on the cosmic fault line, it is one of the most universal and easily identifiable constellations in the world.

Orion's Belt
It consists of three stars, from left to right: Alnitak, Alnilam, and Mintaka. The Egyptian pyramids also draw our attention to them.
The Orion Nebula
The constellation Orion's famous "Stellar Nursery" is the Orion Nebula (also known as Messier 42 or M42).
It is the closest massive cloud of gas and dust to Earth where active star formation is currently taking place, making it the most important cosmic laboratory for astronomers.

Key facts about the Orion Nebula
Location
It is located approximately 1300–1500 light-years from Earth. In the sky, it can be identified as the middle, slightly nebulous-looking "star" of the "sword" hanging below Orion's Belt, visible to the naked eye.
Above it, the Running Man Nebula is visible with pink, purple, and red gas clouds, as well as bright stars.

The Heart of the Stellar Nursery
At the center of the nebula is the Trapezium cluster.
This is a young cluster of extremely hot, giant stars emitting ultraviolet light.
Their radiation excites and illuminates the surrounding gas cloud, making it glow spectacularly.
Birth of New Worlds
NASA's Hubble Space Telescope and the James Webb Space Telescope have photographed countless protoplanetary disks (solar systems in their cradles) here, from which planets will form in the future around newly born stars.

Creation Myth
In the Hungarian creation myth, Nimrod (Orion) is the fire-energy, the emanating Male force, who shoots 3 arrows (Holy Trinity) into the mouth of the Water Dragon in the sky.
The Miraculous Hind, the water-energy, the retracting Female force, shows the way in the sky (Sirius).
From their loving union, the Light-energy, the Sun, the Matter, the Son-force, the Falcon, is born from the mouth of the Water Dragon.
Stellar Nursery Score™
The Stellar Nursery Score is the point when a new, lighter you is born.
This is not a medical diagnosis, but a metabolic compass.
Your blood sugar level informs you which zone you are currently in.

1. Alnitak Message - The first glimmer
Alnitak is the left star of the belt. Your first message comes from within: when your CGM is stably flat between 70-85 in the morning after waking up.
It's not about the number, but the pattern: no jumps, no morning spikes.
It's like the light of Alnitak: - faint, but already clearly indicating its presence.
This is zone 1 of the Stellar Nursery Score. The Trapezium Stellar Nursery has already opened.
How to recognize it?
If you sweeten your coffee with allulose and your blood sugar curve is still a straight line after 30 minutes, then Alnitak's energy also helped keep it flat.

2. Alnilam Message - The middle sustains
Alnilam is in the middle. It is the brightest in the belt. The second message comes at noon.
This is the point of stability. Two hours after lunch, your CGM returns to baseline and does not drop below baseline.
This is zone 2 of the Stellar Nursery Score. Here, you are not just glimmering, but holding the light.
This is why Hungarians said: "the golden mean". Nimrod's belt also holds in the middle, and energy flows out from the middle in all directions.
And this is where allulose truly comes into play: it allows you to eat the sweets you love without falling out of ketosis!

3. Mintaka Message - The flow
Mintaka is the rightmost star of the Belt; it symbolizes flow. Your third message arrives in the evening.
If after dinner your curve is not zig-zag but a gentle wave, then smooths out nicely at night - that's the "Mintaka power". This is zone 3 of the Stellar Nursery Score.
Here a new world is born. As Hubble also sees: from dust comes a disk, from a disk a planet.
In your context: from old patterns, a new habit.
Why a Score?
Because this story is not black and white. Just as the Orion Nebula is not just gas, but 1300 light-years of process.
The Stellar Nursery Score does not tell you if you are "good or bad". It shows you where you are in "rebirth":
- 0 There is a nebula, but no Light yet
- 1 Alnitak: You're glimmering
- 2 Alnilam: You're holding it
- 3 Mintaka: You're flowing
In closing
Look, something is being born up there, and something can be born within you down here. The pattern is the same.
Just as in the Orion Nebula, from dust comes a disk, from a disk a planet, so too within you, new habits can be born from old patterns. Not overnight. As a process. Just like the 1300 light-year process.
That's why it's a Score and not a judgment. 0, 1, 2, 3 - it just shows you where you are in the birth.
And every blessed Sunrise, a new opportunity is created for you, a new beginning, just like in the sky:
Nimrod's arrow flies, the Water Dragon's mouth opens, and the Light is born.
