Determining the optimal meal time window is based on your wake-up time , taking into account the following:
Meal after the uprising
Wait at least an hour after waking up to eat breakfast.
Meal before bed
Stop eating or drinking calorie-containing beverages at least two hours before bedtime.

In the table, the white cells indicate the ideal 10-hour eating intervals in relation to waking up and going to bed, while the gray cells show less optimal, but still preferable, options compared to continuous eating.
Hydration
You can also drink water and calorie-free beverages outside of your meal time window.
