Ideal eating interval for the ten-hour window

The optimal eating window is aligned with your wake-up time, taking the following into account:
Eating after waking up
Wait at least one hour after waking up before having breakfast.
Eating before bedtime
Do not eat or drink caloric beverages for at least two hours before bedtime.
Choosing a time window
In the table, white cells indicate ideal 10-hour eating intervals relative to wake-up and bedtime, while grey cells show less optimal but still more beneficial options compared to continuous eating.
Hydration
You can drink water and calorie-free beverages even outside the eating window.
